Tafheem ul Quran Volume 1 (Urdu)

Tafheem ul Quran (تفہیم القرآن) is the Urdu translation and tafseer of the Quran by Syed Abul A'la Maududi, written over thirty years, from 1942 to 1972, and published by Idara Tarjuman ul Quran, Lahore. This is Volume 1 (Jild Awwal), covering Surah Al-Fatiha to Surah Al-An'am, sold on its own so you can begin reading without buying the whole set. It is printed in the 18x25 cm size.

What is inside Volume 1

Volume 1 covers the first six surahs of the Quran: Al-Fatiha, Al-Baqarah, Aal-e-Imran, An-Nisa, Al-Ma'idah and Al-An'am. Together they hold the foundations of belief, the stories of Bani Israil, the laws of family, inheritance, food and worship, and the arguments for tawheed against shirk.
